DANAE
SINGER + SONGWRITER
DANAE is a singer/songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee. After developing a dedicated following for her past acoustic projects, DANAE’s EP, Direction, debuted July 1st, 2016--and transports listeners through an innovative artistic adventure. Pulling inspiration from her childhood in Russia and early career in the CIA, this EP carries a message of inspired, bold direction in life while representing the emerging pop scene within Nashville’s rich music tradition.
THE PURPOSE + MY WORK
The purpose of this work was to promote Tiffany Thompson’s new brand, DANAE, in addition to spreading the word about her debut EP, Direction, to media outlets and the Indie-Pop music community in order to establish DANAE as a new artist.
My work consisted of assisting in the pitching media outlets, scheduling more than interviews (including national television, radio and magazine features), and creating original social-media posts for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn platforms.
